From January 1983 through January 1984, I was stationed in Korea as a soldier for the U.S. Army, enlisted. I was still wet behind the ears, as they say, and learned plenty about the world, from both the Army and the fine country of Korea....
I was stationed in Camp Stanley, a few miles outside Euichungbu, and about 20 miles south of the DMZ.
